Customs clearance information
To address customs clearance challenges, we charter a flight to the United States. Tracking information will not be updated until customs clearance is complete. It takes approximately 5-8 business days for the package to arrive in your country and clear customs. After customs clearance, it will be transferred to FedEx for final delivery.

Duties and taxes
In some countries, import taxes and duties may be charged upon delivery. These taxes and duties typically range from $100 to $150, depending on the model of the doll. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide you with all the assistance you need throughout this process.
Note: US customers do not need to pay any import taxes or fees. In most cases, customs duties are already included in the order price, so you won't need to pay extra. The price you place your order in is the all-inclusive price, door-to-door. Unless policy changes require additional customs duties to be applied at checkout, we'll provide you with an estimate of potential taxes when you confirm your order.
